Attorney Gregory Kafoury of Portland; repeat offender

The state of Oregon provided Gregory Kafoury with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Greg’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Greg practices with Kafoury & McDougal at 411 SW Second Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
