Attorney Robert Miller of Oklahoma City; lying loser

The state of Oklahoma presented Robert Bradley Miller with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from

the University of Tulsa Law School.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act truthfully when dealing with trial court
• Failed to act fairly when dealing with third parties
• Violated or attempted to violate conduct rules or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Implied or stated an ability improperly influence a government agency

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished

Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.
