Attorney Mary Grimes of Redmond, OR; serial offender

The state of Oregon provided Mary J. Grimes with a law license in 1988. 

The Oregon State Bar found Mary guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to maintain adequate accounting records
• Failed to provide client with requested account of claimed fees

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Mary’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands and one (1) 60-day suspension of her law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
