Attorney Simeon Coker of Dallas; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Simeon Olumide Coker with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The 116 District Court of Dallas County found Simeon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonest, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Simeon.
