The state of New York presented Lucien P. Ali with a law license in 1956 after he graduated from Syracuse University Law School.

The New York Judicial Commission found Lucien guilty of the following misconduct during the time he was a Judge on the Pompey Town Court, Onondaga County.

  • Became involved in controversy involving proposed construction of microwave tower on land next to his home
  • Improperly executed order knowing he lacked authority to so act
  • Abused judicial office to advance personal interests
  • Intentionally lied to construction official
As we speak (ca. August 2014), Lucien practices at 614 James Street in Syracuse, New York.
