Attorney Ronald Kurpiers II of Riverview, FL; lying loser

The state of Missouri presented Ronald James Kurpiers II with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Valparaiso University Law School. Ronnie also received a law license from Illinois in 1987.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ronnie represented a client wherein he filed a motion declaring the client to be indigent and provided the trial court with an affidavit that he notarized to that effect.

The affidavit claimed to be signed by Ronnie’s client when, in fact, Ronnie absolutely knew that the client had not signed the document.

In addition, Ronnie falsely stated that he was representing the client on a pro bono (for free) basis when in fact he had received a substantial fee.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Ronnie practices with the Kurpiers Law Firm PA at 9215 Estate Cove Circle in Riverview, Florida.
