Attorney Kent Greenberg of Owings Mills, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Kent L. Greenberg with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Kent guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client property
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to deposit client funds in client trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme

Court punished Kent by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Kent practices at 10995 Owings Mills Blvd in Owings Mills, Maryland.
