The state of Maryland presented Neil J. Lewis. with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Neil guilty of the following misconduct.
Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
Failed to create and maintain appropriate client records of deposits and disbursements
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Neil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. August 2014) Neil practices at 16 West Read Street in Baltimore City, Maryland.
