Attorney Dana Paul of BaltimoreCity; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Dana Andrew Paul with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School. Denny also received a law license to practice in Washington, DC in 2004.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

Dana found it acceptable to cut and paste an attorney’s signature onto a document that he later filed with a trial court, without the authority or knowledge of the signatory.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Dana by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Dana practices at 923 North Calvert Street in Baltimore City, Maryland.
