Attorney Dennis Gottesmann of Greenbelt, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Dennis Gottesmann with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the Washington College of Law. Denny also received a law license to practice in Washington, DC  in 1981.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to appear at hearing on client’s behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme

Court punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Denny practices at 8957 Edmonston Road in Greenbelt, Maryland.
