Attorney Harold Brazil of DC; ethical goblin

The DC Bar presented Harold E. Brazil with a law license in 1976 after  he graduated from Ohio State University Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Harry guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Failed to promptly deliver client property to client
3. Failed to maintain client funds in trust account
4. Failed to safeguard client property
5. Failed to represent client within the bounds of the law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. August 2014), Harry practices with the Law Offices of Harold Brazil & Associates PC at 1750 K Street NW in Washington, DC.
