Attorney Paul Bologna Jr. of Stamford, CT; cheater, repeater

The state of Connecticut provided Paul N. Bologna Jr. with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Pace University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

Paulie’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

1. Failed to provide required written fee agreement to client
2. Misconduct involved multiple violations of the rules
3. Negotiated check containing improper signature
4. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
5. Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Paulie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

On two occasions, Paulie attempted to charge and collect an unreasonable fee that he knew contravened the terms of the retainer agreement he entered into with his client.

Paulie received a $8,500 retainer agreement from his client that he knew was sufficient to pay his fees for the agreed to representation. However, Greedy Paulie attempted to collect an additional $18,500 and $3,500 that he was not entitled too.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Paulie practices with Paul N. Bologna & Associates at 184 Atlantic Street in Stamford, Connecticut.
