Attorney Steven Biro of Stamford, CT; repeat offender

The state of Connecticut provided Steven G.M. Biro with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Steve guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Allowed statute of limitations to expire on client’s claim
  3. Failed to abide by repeated notices from insurer’s re: client’s claim
  4. Failed to communicate with client re: order of restitution
  5. Failed to provide client with copy of court order

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Steve by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect this wasn’t Steve’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Steve practices at 291 Vine Road in Stamford, Connecticut.
