The Attorney Disciplinary Commission found Judd guilty of the following misconduct.

Judd found it acceptable to represent clients in two real estate tax deed matters that he knew had conflicting interests.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Attorney Disciplinary Commission punished Judd by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Judd practices with Judd M. Harris & Associates PC at 123 West Madison Street in Chicago, Illinois.
