Attorney James Banks of Schaumburg, IL; ethical misfit

The state of

Illinois presented James Gordon Banks with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Michael received a license to practice law from Arkansas in 1997.

The Attorney Disciplinary Commission found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

Jimmy found it acceptable to knowingly hire a disbarred attorney to work in his office as a paralegal in his office, conduct which he knew was prohibited by the rules.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Attorney Disciplinary Commission punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Jimmy practices with Quo Vadis Legal Consulting at

1900 East Golf Road in Schaumburg, Illinois, which is a suburb of Chicago.

Warning: Jimmy does not carry legal malpractice insurance
