Today’s “Moron” Award Winner

In a recent (07/15/14) response to a proposal by Senate Democrats to require for-profit employers to provide coverage for birth control in their health care plans, Mitch the Moron (M&M) said:

“We plan to introduce legislation this week that says no employer can block any employee from legal access to her FDA-approved contraceptives.”

Only a monumental buffoon (my apologies to buffoons) would claim that women are now prohibited from purchasing contraceptives on their own or through their health care insurance plan.

This would be akin to Mitch announcing a plan to introduce legislation prohibiting any auto insurer from denying coverage to a woman if she was involved in an auto accident on a weekend day.

The only thing Mitch and the other old codgers he hangs out with in the Senate have to worry about is if their healthcare insurers refuse to pay for Industrial Strength Viagra and/or penis pump implant surgery.

Congrats Moron; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Accomplished “Morons”; you are far too humble.
