Attorney David Knight of Pennsburg, PA; ethical misfit

The state of Pennsylvania presented David H. Knight with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave represented a woman was charged with driving under the influence (DUI).

Rather than charge the woman a normal hourly fee, Dave decided it was acceptable to have her pay his fees while she was on her knees.

After being charged with misconduct, Dave readily admitted that he accepted oral sex as a fee for represented the client.

At least Dave didn’t bill the client an hourly rate for the time she spent on her knees at his office. This wasn’t the case with attorney Thomas Lowe of Egan, Minnesota. For more info regarding Mr. Lowe, got the URL listed at the end of this article.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Dave practices at 1501 Markley Road in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania.
