Attorney Joseph Rodriguez of Miami; convicted felon

The state of Florida presented Joseph Marcelo Rodriguez with a law license in 1968.

The Florida State Bar found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Joey pleaded guilty to one felony count of unlawful compensation/reward for official behavior.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary three-year suspension of his law license.

It must be comforting to the folks living in Miami to know that there is yet one more convicted felon practicing law thanks to the comedians sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Joey practices at 7154 SW 47th Street in Miami, Florida.
