Attorney Brian Scott of Stratford, CT; ethical misfit

The state of Connecticut presented Brian T. Scott with a law license in 1992.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Faield to act competently (Dumbo)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation
  • Forged the names of fictitious persons on two mortgage documents

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits in Connecticut are held to a lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Brian was never criminally charged with forgery.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Brian practices at 3200 Huntington Road in Stratford, Connecticut.
