The state of Iowa presented Cami Noelle Eslick with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.
The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Cami guilty of the following misconduct.
- Failed to comply with opposing party’s discovery request
- Failed to appear for hearing on client’s behalf
- Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
- Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
- Due to negligence, client prohibited from presenting evidence and testimony at trial
- Failed to file client’s appeal brief on time resulting in client’s appeal being dismissed
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Cami by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
