Attorney Cami Eslick of Indianola, IA; ethical misfit

The state of Iowa presented Cami Noelle Eslick with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Cami guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to comply with opposing party’s discovery request
  2. Failed to appear for hearing on client’s behalf
  3. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  4. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  5. Due to negligence, client prohibited from presenting evidence and testimony at trial
  6. Failed to file client’s appeal brief on time resulting in client’s appeal being dismissed

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Cami by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Cami practices at 208 North Howard Street in Indianola, Iowa.
