Attorney G. Turner Perrow Jr. of Georgetown, SC; repeat offender

The state of South Carolina presented G. Turner Perrow Jr. with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Perrow guilty of the following misconduct.

Perrow’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to communicate with clients
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to be truthful with trial court
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with recordkeeping requirements
• Engaged in conduct tending to bring the legal profession into disrepute
• Willfully violated a court order

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Perrow by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

Perrow’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Perrow by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2014) Perrow practices with Tidelands Law, LLC at 606 Front Street in Georgetown, South Carolina.
