The state of Indiana presented Ronald E. Weldy with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Seton hall University Law School.
The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct

Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit a client to make informed decisions

Engaged in conduct involving dishonest, deceit, fraud or misrepresentation

Failed to secure disputed property until dispute resolved

Continued to improperly represent client after he was fired

Failed to expedite client’s litigation

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Knowingly made a false statement of fact or law to a trial court
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
