Attorney William McCall III of Jeffersonville, IN; convicted drunk

The state of Indiana presented William P. McCall III with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Louisville Law School.

The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy was convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and of endangering a person.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Billy practices with Mosley, Bertrand, Jacobs and McCall at 332 Spring Street in Jeffersonville, Indiana, which is a suburb of Louisville, Kentucky.
