Attorney Mark Plants of Charleston, WV; law breaker, bully

 

The state of West Virginia presented Mark Steven Plants with a law license in 2004 after

 

As of early 2014, Mark was under investigation for child abuse allegations after his ex-wife filed a complaint with the West Virginia State Police. State police said Mark’s ex-wife claimed that he abused one of his children by disciplining him in an excessive manner.

 

Shortly thereafter, Kanawha County Family Judge Mike Kelly an emergency domestic violence protective order against Plants and in favor of his ex-wife Allison that ordered Mark to stay away from Allison and their sons.

 

Several months later, criminal charges against Mark were dropped when he agreed to enter into a pre-trial diversion program with a special prosecutor.

 

As part of the deal, the charges of battery and violating a domestic protective order against Mark will stand for one year and then be dismissed after that if he abides by the requirements of the agreement.

 

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Mark the Batterer remains as the Kanawha County Prosecutor in Charleston, West Virginia.
