Sammy succeeded in duping the voters in and around Kansas City, Missouri into electing him as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives in 2001. Over the past twenty-two (22) years, Sammy has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough.

In early July 2014, Sammy introduced the “Stop the EPA Act,” which would prevent the EPA from working on any new regulations until it conducts an extensive review of every single existing rule.

Sammy’s moronic legislation would freeze every existing EPA rule and/or regulation until the review is complete. Sandy had the chutzpah to say that his legislation would protect Americans from an “out-of-control” EPA agenda.

The sad fact here is that Sammy’s agenda mirrors that of the polluters like the Koch brothers who don’t much give a damn if regular folks have clean drinking water and/or are able to breathe clean air.

If Sammy and his cadre of like-minded enablers for the energy sector have there way, the EPA will be eliminated and the polluters will be able to poison the air, the lakes and all sources of fresh drinking water in the U.S. of A.

Hopefully, the polluters and energy sector reimbursed Sammy for the cost of Industrial Strength Knee Pads he purchased to make it easy on him when he genuflects in their honor.

Congrats Sammy; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Morons”; you are far too humble.
