GOP Chairman Chad Connelly (R-SC): Today’s “Bullshit” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

GOP Chairman Chad Connelly (R-SC)

Today’s “Bullshit” Award Winner

Chad is the chairman of the South Carolina Republican Party (GOP). The Republican National Committee recently (ca. June 2014) named Chad as the GOP’s Director of Faith Engagement, which it calls “GOP Faith.” The stated purpose of the GOP Faith is to build an army of activists to encourage pro-faith Americans to vote their values.

In a recent (06/30/14) appearance on comedian Sandy Rios’ Un-American Family Radio Show, Chad said he could not understand how a person of faith could back Democratic candidates. Chad went on to say, “How does a believer vote that way?”

I wonder how Chad the Moron explains People of Faith voting for the following Republicans.

  • Rep. Scott DesJarlais (R-TN) – fined $500 for having sexual affairs with his patients
  • Sen. John Ensign (R-NV) – chearting on his wife with a senate staffer
  • Rep. Mark Sanford (R-SC) – cheating on wife with Argentine babe
  • Sen. Larry Craig (R-ID) – caught doing the “Hokey Pokey” in Minneapolis bathroom
  • Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) – valued customer of D.C. madam

I suppose that Chad forgave Rep. DesJarlais for screwing his patients after he discovered that as a claimed Christian, he did it in the “missionary style.”

Congrats Chad; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Bullshitters”; you are far too humble.
