Attorney Marc Levin of New York City; convict

The state of Florida provided Marc Scott Levin with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School. Marc was licensed in New York State in 1997.

The Florida State Bar found Marc guilty of the following misconduct.

Several months ago, Marc was arrested for attempting to purchase cocaine from an undercover narcotics office. He subsequently pleaded no contest (guilty in effect) and was sentenced to 18 months probation.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2014) Marc practices in New York City.
