Attorney Richard Celler of Davie, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida provided Richard Bernard Celler with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly communicated with an officer of the opposing party
• Disparaged opposing counsel
• Adversely affected opposing attorney’s relationship with his client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
