Attorney Frederick Blackmond of Lansing, MI; ethical gremlin

The state of Michigan provided Frederick J. Blackmond with a law license in 1979

The Ingham County Hearing Panel #1 found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Engaged in conflict of interest
  2. Failed to exercise independent professional judgment
  3. Failed to seek clients’ lawful objectives
  4. Failed to communicate with clients
  5. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Freddy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Freddy practices at 1006 North Washington Avenue in Lansing, Michigan.
