Today’s “Moron” Award Winner

Mark Meadows succeeded in duping the voters in North Carolina into electing him to the U.S. House of Representatives in November 2012.

Mark is another right wing ideologue that is more than willing to spew forth a variety of BS in order to satisfy the low I.Q. folks who actually listen to his crap.

While Dr. Mandy Cohen of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services was testifying before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee in mid-June, 2014, Mark decided to display his ignorance and misogynist attitude while questioning Dr. Cohen.

During her testimony, Mark the Moron (M&M) demanded to know why Americans are forced to buy insurance coverage for services that don’t apply to them.  The Moron claimed that he and his wife are in their 50s and don’t plan on using maternity coverage in the future. Dr. Cohen tried to explain to the Moron that maternity care is one of the ten essential health benefits that Obamacare requires new plans to include.

Mark the Moron’s objection to maternity coverage is absurd. For one thing, Mark doesn’t pay for his Cadillac health insurance policy, the taxpayers do.

Health insurance policies are somewhat akin to auto insurance policies in that it covers medical bills incurred by a passenger even if he or she is a Certified Moron like Mark.

If Mark is truly concerned about paying for services he claims he won’t need, then maybe his policy should not cover for purchases of Industrial Strength Viagra, which he’ll likely need in the not to distant future.

Congrats Mark; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Morons”; you are far too humble.
