Attorney Scott Storms of Indianapolis; ethical misfit

The state of Minnesota presented Scott R. Storms with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

Scotty’s misconduct arose while he was employed at the top lawyer at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC).

While working for IURC, Scotty found it acceptable to negotiate a job for himself with Duke Energy Corporation while at the same time IURC was considering a matter worth hundreds of millions of dollars to Duke Energy.

Obviously, Scotty the Loser was more interested in his financial well being t hen he was in protecting the costumers of Duke Energy.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. .

As we speak (June 2014), Scotty practices at 302 West Washington Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.
