Attorney Sylvano Carlesso of Timmins, Canada; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Sylvano Carlesso with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the

University of Kentucky of LawSchool.

A Law Society of Upper Canada hearing panel found Sylvano guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Sylvano engaged in an egregious conflict of interest when he engaged in a sexual relationship with a client without providing adequate disclosure of the conflict and without recommending independent legal advise regarding the conflict to his client.

In addition, during the time of the sexual relationship, Sylvano failed to act with integrity by executing a plan designed for the express purpose of delaying and/or defeating the client’s creditors.

Kind of gives a new meaning to a client getting screwed twice by a lawyer.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the hearing panel punished Sylvano by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. .
