Attorney Troy Humphrey of Baton Rouge; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Troy A. Humphrey with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Louisian State University (LSU) Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Troy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to deposit advance fees into trust account
  • Failed to safeguard client property

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Troy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Troy practices at 5641 Government Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
