Attorney Daniel Robertson of Hawesville, KY; ethical dwarf

The state of Kentucky presented Daniel Keith Robertson with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Kentucky of Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to refund advance fee
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Danny!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Danny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 181-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (June 2014), Danny practices at 360 Indian Lake Court in Hawesville, Kentucky.
