Attorney Robert Wright of Pikeville, KY; convicted drunk

The state of Kentucky presented Robert F. Wright with a law license in 1979.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to competently represent client for three years (Certified Dumbo)
2. Engaged in conduct intended to disrupt trial court
3. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
4. Found in contempt of court for appearing while intoxicated
5. Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI) on two occasions

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
