Justice Yvonne Kauger of Oklahoma; apologist for Attorney Misfits

The state of Oklahoma presented Yvonne J. Kauger with a law license in 1969 after she graduated from Oklahoma City University of Law School.

Yvonne has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough since she graduated from law school in 1969. Put simply, he’s been porking out on public dough for the past 42 years.

Former Gov. George Nigh was duped into appointing Yvonne to the Oklahoma Supreme Court in 1984. Yvonne didn’t get the appointment because she was the most qualified attorney or sitting judge in Oklahoma. She received it because she had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

When Attorney Misfit Waldo Jones II of Tulsa applied to have his law license reinstated, Yvonne had the temerity to cast a vote allowing Waldo to have his law license reinstated.

Yvonne did so despite the fact that Waldo stole nearly $40,000 from a guardianship he was appointed to oversee. For a better understanding of Waldo’s egregious misconduct, view the URL explaining same at the end of this article.

For anyone to suggest that Waldo is ethically fit to practice law is akin to arguing that former U.S. Rep. Trey Radel of Florida should be appointed as chief of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).

Apparently, Yvonne was more concerned about Waldo’s claimed right to earn a dishonest living as an attorney in Tulsa then she was in protecting those he would likely victimize in the future.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Yvonne remains sitting as an Associate Justice on the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
