Attorney David Drake of Covington, KY; ethical dwarf

The state of Kentucky presented David L. Drake with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the Samuel P. Chase of Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (June 2014), Dave practices at 300 Madison Avenue in Covington, Kentucky.
