Attorney Michael McDuffie of Mobile; ethical misfit

The state of Alabama presented Michael Hilding McDuffie with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Jones Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

Mike found it acceptable to improperly communicate with an individual that he knew for certain was represented by counsel. He did so without ever seeking permission to so act from the attorney in question.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Mike practices at 115 South Dearborn Street in Mobile, Alabama.
