Attorney William Bullard of Dothan, AL; thief

The state of Alabama presented William Terry Bullard with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the Stamford University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misappropriated (stole) client funds to pay office operating expenses
  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Failed to segregate client funds from personal funds
  • Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Billy practices in the Dothan, Alabama area.
