Judge Ruth Ann Franks of Toledo, Ohio; one of the good gals
Judge Ruth Ann Franks has been a sitting judge on the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas in Toledo for many years.
During her tenure on the bench, this ol’ Dawg was fortunate to have a civil case assigned to her.
While presiding over this case, Judge Ruth Ann Franks made several numerous rulings that were adverse to my position and clearly did not sit well with me.
In hindsight, I am willing to admit that she was right and that my position was contrary to well-settled Ohio law.
Could I have or should I have expected more from a honest, ethical judge? Of course not!
