Attorney H. Perry Ryon of Evergreen, CO; ethical gremlin

The state of Colorado provided H. Perry Ryon with a law license in 1993.

The Colorado State Bar found Perry guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
3. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
4. Failed to respond to repeated calls from client
5. Incompetence led to client’s personal injury case being dismissed
6. Allowed statute of limitations to toll on client’s personal injury case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Perry by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Perry practices with Ryon & Associates LLC in Evergreen, Colorado.
