The state of
The Colorado State Bar found Tricia guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Tricia was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and reckless endangerment. She subsequently pleaded guilty the criminal charges.
Four months later, Tricia was again arrested for driving under the influence of drugs, failure to provide proof insurance, carless driving, and failure to report an accident. Soon thereafter, Tricia pled guilty to driving under the influence.
Six month later, Tricia was arrested again and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, child abuse, reckless endangerment, and careless driving. Subsequently, Tricia was sentenced to a suspended one year jail term.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Tricia by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of her law license.
In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t actually mete out any meaningful punishment to Tricia.
