Attorney Dennis Wright of San Rafael, CA; moronic loser
The state of California provided Dennis Lynn Wright with a law license in 1974after he graduated from UC Hastings Law School.
The California State Bar Court found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.
- Failed to perform legal services competently (Dumbo)
- Failed to communicate with client
- Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Denny!)
- Failed to promptly return client’s file
- Failed to execute required substitution-of-attorney form
- Issued at least 14 checks on insufficient funds (rubber)
- Improperly used client trust account funds to pay personal expenses on 33 occasions
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfit s sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. June 2014), Denny practices with DL Wright & Associates at 4040 Civic Center Drive in San Rafael, California.
