The Committee on Professional Conduct found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to withdraw from representation of client when withdrawal was mandatory
2. Failed to disclose material fact to trial judge
3. Assisted a witness in testifying falsely (subornation of perjury)
4. Knowingly violated an obligation owed to a tribunal
5. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
6. Failed to correct client’s false statements to trial court as required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (June 2014), Paulie practices at 1405 Pike Avenue in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
