Attorney Michael Urbano of Phoenix; moron, repeat offender

The state of Arizona presented Michael A. Urbano with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Nevada Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

Mike’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

1. Engaged in a conflict of interest family court matter
2. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
3. Misconduct involved selfish motive
4. Failed to communicate with client
5. Improperly communicated with persons represented by counsel
6. Engaged in criminal conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
7. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with another complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

Mike’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

1. Misconduct involved multiple offenses
2. Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct
3. Exhibited indifference to making restitution to his victims
4. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
5. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with another complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Mike practices with the Law Office of Michael A. Urbano PLLC at 4809 East Thistle Landing Drive in Phoenix, Arizona.
