Attorney Mark Tynan of Scottsdale, AZ; ethical leprechaun

The state of Arizona presented Mark H. Tynan with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in California.

The Arizona State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to consult with client so client could make informed decision re: representation
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to communicate with client
  4. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Mark!)
  5. Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  6. Client’s bankruptcy case dismissed due to Mark’s negligence

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with another complimentary censure

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Mark practices at 7320 East Shoeman Lane in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Warning: Mark doesn’t carry legal malpractice insurance
