Attorney Garrett Smith of Mesa, AZ; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented Garrett L. Smith with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Garrett guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to advise client in writing of basis for his fees and expenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Garrett by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Garrett practices with Udall Shumway PLC at 1138 North Alma School Road in Mesa, Arizona.
