Attorney Kathy O’Quinn of Phoenix; repeat offender

The state of Arizona presented Kathy M. O’Quinn with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from University of Texas Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

Kathy’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

1. Failed to consult with client so client could make informed decision re: representation
2. Failed to respond to client inquires
3. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
4. Failed to communicate with client
5. Failed to safeguard client property
6. Failed to expedite litigation
7. Bringing claims or asserted defenses in bad faith
8. Failed to cooperate with State Bar investigators (Up Yours, said Kathy!)
9. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.
