Attorney Michael Nysather of Scottsdale, AZ; ethical leprechaun

The state of Arizona presented Michael Nysather with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from California Western Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
3. Failed to expedite litigation
4. Knowingly disobeyed an obligation of the rules of a tribunal
5. Failed to assure all employees complied with disciplinary rules
6. Victims of misconduct were vulnerable
7. Misconduct involved multiple offenses
8. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Mike practices with the Law Offices of Wade & Nysather PC at 8961 East Bell in Scottsdale, Arizona.
