Attorney Michael Lynch of Tempe, AZ; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona presented Michael L. Lynch with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Oklahoma City University of Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law on six occasions while license suspended
• Failed to comply with court order
• Engaged in multiple instances of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Mike practices at 664 West Warner Road in Tempe, Arizona.
